Since we had an early night before, we woke up early to go downstairs for breakfast.
Such a nice view!! The food was mediocre, not fantastic but the view made up for it.
Decided to go for a swim after breakfast, while waiting for Bunbun & Baifern (my 2 Thai friends) to arrive in Krabi.
Used the GoPro for some of the shots while swimming but got lazy after awhile la hahahhaa
Then our friends arrived so we showered & went out to meet them! Decided to go island hopping. I forgot the names of the islands we went to already tho, I only remember Poda Island hahaha. Anw they were the experts cuz they're Thai + always go to Krabi so we just followed them around.
The pics are so nice right! I rly did minimal filtering/editing. I miss the view there sigh
I wore a long sleeved shirt & didn't rly swim cuz I was having cramps (lol) but I still got sunburnt so badly ok. I got burnt through my sleeves even hahaha so the rest were even darker cuz they went to swim and play in the water. RED LIKE LOBSTER! Hahaha so painful ok actually not rly funny.
Went back after the whole day of being in the sun, and washed up & changed, went to Lae Lay Grill for dinner. So niceeee the view!! The food was so-so, like seafood & bbq stuff. But the view, again, made up for it.
Headed to Wine Bistro for some chill chill drinks after. Everywhere we go we walk or tompang Bunn's bike! We could rent bikes to use for those few days, but we didn't dare. So Baifern & I squeezed on the bike w Bunn hahahahha. 3 people on one bike!!! Only in Thailand.
Ate like pigs, drank like pigs, then went back to the hotel nearby to buy more food hahahahhaha
The next day, bye bye....back to SG :(
Not my usual kind of holiday but was a nice change, beach holidays are quite relaxing (minus the sunburn part). Wna go to Phuket next!!
Your trip to Thailand looks awesome!! And Poda Island is a gorgeous place to visit.. I could just lay on the beach for a week and do nothing. The food looks so good, and was that dessert? I could definitely do that,and the Wine Bistro looks like a place to just chill. Glad you had fun, minus the sunburn!!
